Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the printing error was our mistake. This includes:

  • Incorrect text or design printed on the item.
  • Misalignment of the print that deviates significantly from the approved design proof.
  • Incorrect colors that do not match the specifications of the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Errors in the design or text that were approved by the customer in the design proof.
  • Customer mistakes in ordering (e.g., incorrect quantity, size, or type of item).
  • Minor color variations due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.

Return Process

If you believe there is a printing error that qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Include photos of the item clearly showing the printing error.

Our team will review your case and, if the error is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
