Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if the printing error was our mistake. This includes:
- Incorrect text or design printed on the item.
- Misalignment of the print that deviates significantly from the approved design proof.
- Incorrect colors that do not match the specifications of the order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Errors in the design or text that were approved by the customer in the design proof.
- Customer mistakes in ordering (e.g., incorrect quantity, size, or type of item).
- Minor color variations due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.
Return Process
If you believe there is a printing error that qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include photos of the item clearly showing the printing error.
Our team will review your case and, if the error is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
