Mailing services start at $150. Printing, envelopes, folding, inserting, sealing, tabbing and postage are additional. Select your mailing quantity above. One cart item represents one complete mailing campaign.

- Processing one customer-supplied CSV mailing list.
- Basic duplicate removal, CASS address validation, and NCOA change-of-address processing.
- Printing recipient addresses and postal barcodes, where applicable.
- Presorting, postal paperwork, and tray or bundle preparation.
- One drop-off at our local USPS acceptance facility.

Pricing is $75 setup plus $0.05 per piece, with a $150 minimum mailing-service charge. Custom quantities are quoted individually.
Letters, envelopes, and finishing
For letter mailings, choose fold, insert, and seal or insert and seal only, then specify the number of inserts and envelope requirements. Already assembled mail can be addressed and mailed using the base service. Folding, insertion, sealing and special envelope requirements are quoted separately. Standard envelope estimates use our current Envelopes product pricing. Security tint adds 7% and is available in Black or Blue. Quantities or specifications without a listed price require a quote.
Folded brochures and newsletters may require tabs or seals. Select the finishing you need for a complete quote. Please include piece size, paper, color, number of sheets or inserts, and any special assembly in your project notes.
Printing and mailing lists
Choose Print & Mail or Mailing Only (Customer Supplied Materials). Printing is charged separately using the specifications of your printed piece. Supply your mailing list as a CSV file. Need a list? Find and purchase your own mailing list at Data Axle USA, then provide the CSV file to Printex. Mailing-list purchases are paid directly to the list provider. Additional lists merged into the same job are $25 per list. Substantial manual list cleanup is $75 per hour, with a $35 minimum, subject to approval.
Postage and timing
Postage is an estimate only. Actual postage rates and the final postage amount may differ. Final postage will be confirmed after mailing-list and mailpiece review.
Estimate the weight of the complete finished piece, including the envelope and all inserts. Estimates assume automation-eligible, rectangular mail and current commercial mixed-sort rates, without destination-entry discounts. Rates checked October 29, 2026. USPS price list.
Select your Postage Class, USPS Size Rate, and finished weight to see an estimated postage amount and an estimated total for mailing services, postage and any displayed envelope estimate. Printing of the mailing piece, insertion, sealing, tabbing and other finishing are additional and excluded from that total. Final postage is calculated after list processing and review of the mailpiece. USPS Marketing Mail requires at least 200 pieces or 50 pounds; presorted First-Class requires 500 pieces. USPS eligibility and final postage depend on the piece and the processed list.
All additional charges and postage must be approved and paid before mailing. The requested mailing date is the date the campaign is presented to USPS, subject to production approval and scheduling. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.
